vb .net 动态创建Timer控件

我从来不加到Controls中也能用，大概这个不是从Control继承而来的，所有非可视部件（即组件）估计都不需要add。

问一个VB.NET中关于时间操作的问题。

1、时间可以直接比较大小，定义两个时间的变量，直接使用或者即可判断，跟数据大小判断是一样的

2、时间差值，可以使用DateDiff函数进行

3、比如取一个现在的时间now，使用Year、month、day、hour、min、sec函数可以取到now的年份、月、日、小时、分钟和秒
